Sail to Marina Rubicón from Fuerteventura

If you are staying in Fuerteventura, the easiest and funniest way is across the sea. You can take a regular ferry line directly from Fuerteventura to Lanzarote, specifically from Corralejo to Playa Blanca, and visit the neighbouring island on your own. On the market days there are many excursions organized from this island.

The distance between the two points is 7 nautical miles, about 13 kilometres, and the ferry journey takes approximately 45 minutes. You can travel on deck or in the interior of the boat, depending on your preference. In addition, you can board your pet, your surfboard or your bike at no extra cost. There are days when fun dolphins follow the trail left by the ship across the Atlantic. It’s really beautiful! But if you are one who likes to have the day fully organized, you can book a tour. They are great fun!

Lanzarote shop and sail

Lanzarote shop and sail is a fascinating excursion that links Fuerteventura and Lanzarote, and lasts about 6 hours. A coach will pick you up near the hotel and take you to Puerto de Corralejo. There, you will embark on a boat with underwater view towards Marina Rubicon.

After shopping and strolling among beautiful boats and sophisticated places, you will embark on a catamaran to the coast of Papagayo where you will enjoy its pristine beaches. If you like to relax, a zodiac can move you to the golden sands, but if you love the adventures on the border, you can also practice aquatic activities such as diving or kayaking.

For lunchtime, the crew will cook a delicious paella that you can eat on board and enjoy all day free bar drinks such as water beer, sangria or soft drinks. It will be a perfect day, with everything you need to be remembered as one of the best of your fantastic vacations.

Marina & Market

This is another of our favourite excursions from Fuerteventura: Marina & Market. What are the differences? Basically instead of eating a rich paella, you can eat a tasty fried chicken with french fries and that this excursion is only done when there is a flea market. That way you make sure to see Marina Rubicón at its height.

But Lanzarote has much more to offer the traveller. The Timanfaya National Park is one of the most special places in the entire archipelago. As you can see, Fuerteventura is just a step away from Lanzarote, and specifically, Marina Rubicon. Make the most of this vacation and plan your days off.

Do not forget to visit this magnificent site, from Lanzarote or from Fuerteventura. You will discover a very special marine atmosphere. Marina Rubicón is the sophisticated ingredient that completes your vacation in the Canary Islands.
